3.   Fax the completed and signed application form as well as bank deposit receipt to MegaHub (Fax :2584-3801)
4.   Upon receipt, application will be process immediately, and applicant will be advised the result within 2 working days.  

Notes:

• MagicTrader’s subscription fee does not include mobile telecommunications service fee and 3G/HSPA/GPRS/EDGE/WiFi internet service fee collected by mobile network service provider. Applicant should apply those services separately.
• Subscriber should deposit monthly fee to MegaHub’s bank account 3 working days prior to each renewal date. Otherwise, subscribed service will be suspended.
• At the end of each monthly subscription period, Service Plan will be renewed automatically for one additional month for customer who pay by credit card; and the payment will also be debited automatically from the provided credit card account unless 5 days prior written instructions from the customer is received by MegaHub beforehand.
• MegaHub will issue payment receipt only on request. All subscription fees paid are not refundable. Amendment of subscription fees as well as terms and conditions will be announced separately.
• Each subscription period starts on the first day of each month, regardless service effective date. Subscriber need to pay entire monthly fee even such effective date is not the first day of each month.
• Termination procedures: Subscriber could terminate service at any time provided 5 working days advance notice is given to MegaHub by email or fax. MegaHub will not accept termination by phone.
• MegaHub reserves the right to amend subscription fee as well as terms and conditions without prior notice to customers. All prepaid fees will not be refunded.
