Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

• Follow up customers’ enquires promptly
• Perform excellent and professional customer service for customers
• Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints
• Liaise with internal members to fulfill customers’ requirement
• Establish sustainable and trustful relationship with clients
• Assist in system testing before launch

Requirements:

• Secondary School Graduated or Non-Degree Tertiary
• Candidates with irrelevant experiences or fresh graduate will be considered; on job training is provided.
• Good in problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills and able to work independently
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Customer-oriented, proactive, self-initiated, detail-oriented, and a good team player
• Familiar with PC, especially for MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint, etc.
• Able to multi-task and meticulous in following up details
• Immediate availability is highly preferred

Programmers (.Net / Java / C++)

Responsibilities:

• System design, coding and test software modules in .Net and Java.
• Prepare technical documentations like design specification, test plan and operation manual
• Support integration tests, UAT and production
• Responsible for system design, analysis, implementation, testing and deployment
• Provide ongoing support to resolve technical problem or issue and ad-hoc production support

Requirements:

• Familiar knowledge of Component Architecture and Object Oriented Programming
• Experience in any one of the following programming:.Net(C#) or Java or C++
• Good in problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills and able to work independently
• Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Fresh graduates are welcomed and on job training will be provided
• Immediate availability is preferred

System Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support to MegaHub’s network and financial information application systems
• Formulate and implement corporate IT strategies plans and policies.
• Responsible for day-to-day IT operations comprising network and platform infrastructure, it security hardware and peripherals.
• Design and implement new infrastructure and systems, enhance and integrate the existing systems to achieve operational efficiency.
• Collect user requirements and liaise with external vendors on IT projects.
• Continuously improve the quality of Management Information Systems

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines preferred but not mandatory
• Holder of CCNA/CCNP/MCSE  or with proven substantial practical experience
• At least 3 years relevant working experience in related field or service industry.
• Proven communication skills, analytical ability and understanding of business processes.
• Project management experience within an IT environment.
• Demonstrated essential hands-on skills & technical competence of current systems, industry trends and ability to learn and implement new technologies.
• In depth knowledge of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, switch /router support and configuration, Database, MSSQL (Microsoft implied IT, and OS)
• Knowledge / Experience in intrusion prevention / detection solution an advantage
• Linux/Windows, Scripting and security control.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Immediate available is an advantage

Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage multi projects, provide status reports and ensure milestones are met on time;
• Identify project issues / risks, and develop effective resolutions;
• Develop project scopes, plans, schedules, and budget;
• Work with clients and stakeholders to gather user requirement and collect feedbacks;
• Documentation of the project.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Computer Science/ Information System or related discipline;
• Good Functional and technical architecture design skills;
• 2 years or above relevant experience in project management preferably gained from financial sector;
• Able to work under pressure and minimal supervision;
• Organized, enthusiastic and proven rapid learning capability;
• Responsible, self-motivated and capable of taking ownership of projects;
• Pro-active, efficient and detail-oriented;
• Proficient in MS Office & MS Project applications;
• Good spoken and written English & Chinese (Putonghau)
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
• Immediate availability is preferred
